Lumen Foundation was born out of a simple but powerful realization: the challenges faced by veterans and foster youth are not isolated. Mental health, housing, and jobs are legs of the same stool. When one is missing, the others collapse.
We don’t just provide a service; we build a foundation. Our team of trauma-informed specialists works across disciplines to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors receives a tailored path to long-term resilience.
