Housing Stability

One-on-one support helping individuals secure housing, remove barriers, and prevent homelessness.
- Transitional housing and permanent supportive housing navigation
- Rental assistance and barrier removal (credit issues, backgrounds, etc.)
- Targeted prevention for foster youth aging out and veterans at risk of homelessness if not assisted
Job Placement
Resume building · employer partnerships · career pathways
Personalized job placement support with one-on-one career coaching and employer connections.
- Resume building, skills training, interview coaching, and employer partnerships that value military experience and give opportunities to foster care youth
- Support for those with disabilities, in recovery, or transitioning from foster care or homelessness
