California has one of the highest veteran populations in the country, yet many still fall through the cracks. Similarly, foster youth aging out here face extreme costnd of living barriers that lead directly to housing instability.
Our mobile Mental Health Support On Wheels Wellness Trailers travel throughout rural areas of California, providing crisis interventions and mental health counseling, with a case management component to provide immediate help on the streets.
